In response to growing concerns about the
potential for terrorist attacks on the United
States homeland, DFF held three forums
addressing the issue.
- Department of Defense's Verga Explains DoD's Role in Protecting U.S. Soil From Terror Attacks
Peter Verga, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary
of Defense for Homeland Security at the
Department of Defense, addressed the topic: “DoD’s Role in Protecting U.S. Citizens from
Terror Attacks.”
- DoD Official Speaks Off the Record to Candidly Address China's Growing Military Threat
In order that he could speak candidly and
openly about what he felt was China’s growing
military threat, a senior Department of
Defense official spoke on the condition of
anonymity before DFF’s Capitol Hill forum.
- DFF Forum Exposes America's Vulnerability To Electromagnetic Pulse Attack
Dr. Bill Graham, chairman of the Commission
to Assess the Threat to the United States
from Electromagnetic Pulse Attack,
addressed DFF’s Capitol Hill Forum to
expose what many believe to be one of the
most fatal threats facing the United States
with the potential to destroy the country’s
infrastructure.
